Tom Baldwin, owner and operator of Knowlton, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology and has over 30 years of construction experience. Tom has attended advanced foam applicator training and is SPI/PFCD certified. Knowlton is an approved applicator for several chemical suppliers.
